SMART BAFFLE allows changing air distribution across the cutting plate in minutes without removing the heat assembly plate and changing baffle plate . Easy and simple. It makes tool change very quick, saving set –up time

Robust and Strong double toggle:
Programmable PLC: Operating programs can be stored in the PLC
Servo: The operator sets the required length in inches and the computer will automatically program and display the selected index length on the screen. Sequencing: The operator has visual access on the screen of all machine functions with the on/off time settings. Set-up and editing of these functions can be controlled by the touch screen during normal production operation.
Heater Temperature: The operator will select the heat desired in each zone. The controller sets and monitors the temperature and displays the set and actual temperature. The controller turns each zone on and off to maintain the set temperature. The temperature can be easily changed while the machine is operating under production conditions.
