HSJP-100A plastic sheet unit,PET/PP/PS Extrusion Line,Plastic extruding machine is a combination of extruder,calender,rewinder and electric control box etc.The drum,screw,screen changer and die head are made of high quality alloyed steel(38CrMoAIA) with high hardness,strong corrcsion resistance and long operating life after nitrogen trestment.The head is adopted hanger-type branch pipe decreasing-style construction,so the flow passage is convenient for solution to flow without stagnation and cooling inside roll and bring a perfct effect.The temperature of die head,mesh changer and the drum separately controlled.All drive systerm runs synchronously.
